2.A. Patrons who have duly registered per policy BED (Local) may address the Board and make public comments on an agenda item during or before the board's consideration of the item.  The Board may allow public comment on agenda items at all meetings. The Board will continue with the remaining agenda after the registered patrons have had an opportunity to speak

3. ACTION ITEMS:

3.A.  Consideration and possible action regarding GMP #1 for Beeville Elementary School

3.B. Consideration and possible action regarding the purchase of over $50,000 for the A.C. Jones Fire Alarm Project

3.C. Consideration and possible action regarding the possible sale of district properties to one or more bidder(s), including possible passage of a resolution declaring real property as surplus and/or authorizing the sale of surplus real property (including any improvements), which may include delegation of authority to the Superintendent/Board President and/or designee(s) regarding finalizing the sale(s), for the following properties described as:

3.C.1. Property 1 (Block 36): All of Block Thirty-Six (36), Jones Addition, to the City of Beeville Texas, recorded in Volume K-2, Page 194, Deed Records of Bee County, Texas. (Approx 1.90 acres).

3.C.2. Property 2 (Block 42): (Parcel A) All of Block Forty-Two (42), Jones Addition, to the City of Beeville Texas, as shown on map or plat recorded in Volume K-2, Page 194, Deed Records of Bee County, Texas. (Approx 1.80 acres).

3.C.3. Property 3 (Block 55A): (Parcel A) The north half of Block Fifty-Five (55), Jones Addition, to the City of Beeville Texas, as shown on map or plat recorded in Volume K-2, Page 194, Deed Records of Bee County Texas. (Approx 3.19 acres).

3.C.4. Property 4 (Block 1 of the Monroe Property):  A portion of Block One (1), Cox Addition, to the City of Beeville, as shown per the map or plat of the said addition recorded in Volume A, Page 642, Deed Records of Bee County, Texas. (Approx. 1.10 acres).

4. ADJOURN INTO CLOSED SESSION

4.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

4.A.1. Section 551.071  For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law.

4.A.2. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

4.A.3. Section 551.072 For the purpose of discussing the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.

4.A.3.a. Discussion regarding the re-evaluation of Beeville ISD properties

4.A.3.b. Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property

4.A.4. Section 551.073  For the purpose of considering a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation.

4.A.4.a. Discussion regarding a potential donation of property to BISD

4.A.5. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

4.A.5.a. Discussion regarding Superintendent's personnel recommendations and resignations

4.A.5.b. Discussion regarding administrative personnel matters

4.A.6. Section 551.076 To consider the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices.

4.A.7. Section 551.821 For the purpose of deliberating a matter regarding a public-school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed.

4.A.8. Section 55.083 For the purpose of considering the standards, guidelines, terms or conditions the Board will follow, or instruct its representatives to follow, in consultation with representative of employee groups in connection with consultation agreements provide for by Section 13.901 of the Texas Education Code.

4.A.9. Section 551.084 For the purpose of excluding witness or witnesses from a hearing during examination of another witness.
