1. CALL TO ORDER

2. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION: 

2.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

2.A.1. Section 551.071  For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law.

2.A.1.a. Consultation with legal counsel regarding Board regarding mask mandate for students, staff, parents and/or visitors.  Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 551.071; 551.129.  This consultation may take place telephonically.
 

2.A.2. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

2.A.2.a. Approval and possible action of personnel recommendations and resignations

3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION: 

3.A. Consideration and Possible Approval of Items Discussed in Closed Session.

3.B. Section 551.071  For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law.

3.B.1. Consideration and possible action to implement a mask mandate for students, staff, parents, and/or all visitors. 
 

3.C. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

3.C.1. Approval and possible action of personnel recommendations and resignations

4. PUBLIC FORUM

4.A. Patrons who have duly registered per policy BED (Local) may address the Board and make public comments on an agenda item during or before the board's consideration of the item.  The Board may allow public comment on agenda items at all meetings.  The Board will continue with the remaining agenda after the registered patrons have had an opportunity to speak.

5.  ACTION ITEM

5.A. Consideration and possible approval of mask mandate for Beeville ISD.

5.B. Discussion and possible action on the strategies and protocols for the return to learn plan due to COVID-19 for the 2021-2022 school year

6. ADJOURNMENT
