EXECUTIVE SESSION
Description:
If, during the course of this meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Sub-chapters D and E. The Board may consult with legal counsel on a matter discussed in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code.

ADJOURNMENT While
one Trustee may join via videoconference, a quorum will be
physically present at the posted location in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas
Government Code, Section 551.127. The videoconference will be conducted
in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 552. Each portion of the meeting held by videoconference call that is required to be open to the public shall be visible and audible at 206 W. 6th Street, Mercedes, Texas and the meeting shall be audio recorded. The location specified hereunder shall have two-way audio and video communication with each other location during the entire meeting. The face of each participant in the videoconference call, while that participant is speaking, shall be clearly visible, and the voice audible, to each other participant and, during the open portion of the meeting, to the members of the public in attendance at the physical location described. |
