VIII.E.6. *Award bid for D'iberville HS Football Video Scoreboard. Sealed bids were opened on March 18, 2026. Award bid in the amount of $159,406.00 to Electro-Mech, the lowest bidder, meeting specifications.

Award bid for Network Infrastructure Equipment - E-Rate 2026 for 8 Campuses: Bel-Aire Elementary, River Oaks Elementary, Lyman Elementary, Lizana Elementary, Pineville Elementary, North Gulfport K-8, Woolmarket Elementary, North Woolmarket K-8. Bids were conducted through reverse auction on March 16, 2026. Award bid in the amount of $1,824,338.00 to CSpire, the lowest bidder, meeting specifications.

VIII.E.8. *Approve Beverage Agreement between Coca-Cola Bottling Company United - Gulf Coast, LLC and Harrison County School District for a five (5) year contract beginning March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2031.

VIII.E.14. Approve out-of-state travel for W.H.H.S. Senior Class Trip to Audubon Zoo, New Orleans, LA , April 23, 2026. Transportation will be Harrison County School District buses.

VIII.E.15. Approve out-of-state travel for Harrison County Career & Technical Center Educators Rising members to travel to Portland, OR to attend and compete at the Educators Rising National Conference June 19, 2026–June 24, 2026. Carl Perkins funds will be used to pay for the cost of the trip and will not exceed $5000.00 for registration, airfare, and lodging.

Approve the use of HCSD buses for out-of-state transportation for HCCTC - DECA students to travel to Atlanta, GA to attend and compete at the DECA International Career Development Conference April 24-29, 2026. The trip was previously approved on 2/23/2026; however, transportion was not included in that approval.
