Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for Warehouse cage items, Central Office warehouse, Alternative School, d'Iberville Elementary School, d'Iberville Middle School, Harrison Central High School, Maintenance, Lyman Elementary, NWEM, Orange Grove Elementary, West Harrison High School. VIII.G.8. Approve request to reactivate Capital Assets. In a review of the fixed asset inventory, we found several items that have been disposed of in our Capital Asset system that are still active in the district. A list of items is attached. (DM)

VIII.G.14. Approve North Gulfport Band Program for out-of- state travel for a school-sponsored trip to the OWA Amusement Park in Foley, AL on May 15, 2026, leaving at 7:00 a.m and returning around 7:15 p.m. Students and chaperons will travel by Harrison County School Bus. The students are responsible for the cost of the trip.

VIII.G.15. Approve out-of-state travel for HCHS MU ALPHA THETA to travel to Jesuit High School, New Orleans, LA to participate in a Math Competition on February 28, 2026.

VIII.G.16. Approve out-of-state overnight transportation for eligible students from d'Iberville High School to travel to Orlando, Florida April 23-28, 2026, for the senior class trip booked through Disney Imagination Campus. Trip is capped at 50 students, with transportation provided by HCSD buses. The trip was approved on 11/17/2025 but did not include transportation.
