VII.H.17. Approve request to allow West Harrison Middle School Concert Band to travel to Atlanta, GA on March 20-22, 2026 to attend Southern Star Music Festival/Six Flags over Georgia Tour.. The cost of the trip will exceed $5,000.00 and will be paid by the band. (JMA)

VII.H.21. Authorize Brandon Waltman, Principal, WHHS, requesting permission to coordinate with the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to sweep the parking lots for rocks and debris. Overtime, small rocks and gravel have accumulated throughout the student and faculty parking areas. This creates both a safety concern and a maintenance issue. (DBGA)

VII.H.23. Approve request to pay for the Harrison Central High School cheerleaders' uniform and pompoms from their agency account. The parents have paid for these expenses. However, any payment over $5,000.00 must be School Board approved for audit purposes. (JMA)

Approve Harrison County School District to pay $500.00 to assist the Harrison Central High School Cheer team to help cover the cost of team meals at the National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, FL, February 2026.
