III.A. Authorize to join Coast Gov Pro, as a member to obtain property insurance for Harrison County School District and approve the following:

Approve the Bylaws of Coast Gov Pro.
Approve the Policies and Procedures of Coast Gov Pro.
Approve the form of the insurance policy provided for Coast Gov Pro.
Appoint Dr. Michael Weaver, Representative(s) and William Bentz as alternate Representative to act for the Harrison County School District pursuant to the Bylaws.
Approve the Memorandum of Understanding regarding coverage limits, sub-limits, and limitations on coverage for each Member.
Approve the binding of insurance coverage by Coast Gov Pro pursuant to the written proposal which will be submitted to each entity.
Approve the premium not to exceed $3,188,753.00.
