VII.C.1. Authorize payment to Nujuana Riley Knight in the amount of $1,552.94, which was not properly calculated in her 2020-2021 salary. (DJC)

VII.C.2. Approve Right of Way Easement and Temporary Construction Easement with the City of Gulfport for the remaining tract included in the Landon Road widening project. (EBJ)

VII.C.3. Approve Memorandum of Understanding with the Harrison County Sheriff's Department for providing law enforcement officers - School Resource Officers in the Harrison County School District (IDDF)

VII.C.7. Update Small Cell Site Installation Agreement between HCSD and Cellular South Real Estate, Inc., (CSREI) for equipment installed on existing light pole at Harrison Central High School.  Originally approved on May 24, 2021, for $100 per month, and updated to include $125.00 per month as per agreement between CSREI and MS Power Company. VII.C.8. Approve Amendment to 16th Section Land Lease Agreement with Kansas City Southern Railway Company to renew their original lease for an additional twenty-five (25) years expiring February 2046, and update rent in the amount of $48,250.00. (EBJ)

VII.C.9. Approve affidavits for removal of property from Harrison County Career and Technical Center for items broken beyond repair. (DM)
