4. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

A limited amount of time has been set aside for the public to address members of the Commission. When making a comment or voicing a concern, it is especially helpful to provide possible solutions. If anyone has filled out a card and would like to address the Commission, please step forward and state your name and address for the record. |

5. DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS GRANT PROPOSAL

6. PROCLAMATION-AUTISM MONTH
Description:

A copy of the proclamation that was signed by Governor Brown declaring that April as Autism Awareness Month is included in the meeting packet.

7. NEW COMMISSION MEMBERS & POSITION UPDATE

Joyce Bernheim has been appointed by the Governor to fill open position #4-Parent of an Individual with Autism. Nancy Lawson will talk about other open positions and their current status. A copy of the OCASD membership list is attached.

8. WEBSITE UPDATE
Description:

Brad Hendershott will give the Commission an update on the progress being made toward a new platform for the website. There is now an incubator site for development in terms of organization and page content. The tentative launch date is September 1, 2019. |

9. HB 135 UPDATE
Description:

Nancy will give the Commission an update on HB135 and complaint filed by Paul Terdal. |

10. BIENNIUM BUDGET UPDATE

Nancy will discuss the upcoming biennium budget for 2019-2021. A copy of the 2017-2019 budget is attached for comparison.
