II. Project Updates
Description:
- RFP for High School HVAC Valves and Actuators Replacement went out, bids are due 8/19
- RFP for High School HVAC Shut off valve replacement went out, bids are due 8/19
- RFP for PRE Unit Ventilator replacement went out, bids are due 8/19
- Repaired broken irrigation pipe on HS practice field
- HS Locker Room hot water heater in planning phase with Rob's Heating and Cooling
- PRE Title IV Shower project in planning phase with Apollo
- Boiler Strip and Clean project in planning phase with Atlas Boiler
- Repaired broken and leaking supply water line to HS fire hydrant in pre planning phase
- Annual backflow inspections on double check valves for supply lines to PRE, IDH, PRJH and PRLHS completed by McKinstry mechanical - WBCSD now in compliance with City of Priest River.
- Repaired failing double check valves backflow assemblies near completion by McKinstry mechanical
- Separation doorway in the High School placed between the designated high school and junior high areas has been framed and drywalled.
- Special thanks to Chad Yount for donating materials and labor for the framing of the separation door.
- Special thanks to Jonathan Welch for donating materials and labor for the drywalling of the separation door.
- Special thanks to Rob from Bighorn Services for donating materials for the doors, crashbars, and the door hardware.
- The HS door project was a true testament to the way that this community rallies around each other to help this school district succeed against all odds. Together we can do big things!

III. Summer Custodial
Description:
- The crew have done an excellent job team cleaning all buildings and the buildings are looking great well ahead of schedule.
- Late Summer tree trimming and landscape projects in process
- The crew have been mowing and doing a great job working as a team to stay on mowing with less impact to building time as we anticipated.
- Special thanks to Brandon Goins for his crew who have been mowing the High School game field and practice field all summer.

V. Priest River Junior High one year building closure strategy updates
Description:
- Meeting and site walk conducted on July 31st with Apollo mechanical and local industry experts.
- OBJECTIVES: Formulate a plan to close the building which will secure the building, and meet the upkeep and maintenance needs of the building for the 2024/2025 school year so that we;
