Consider a motion to convene into executive session for the purpose of discussing limited personnel matters as permitted under the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-5-1(H)(2), specifically for the Board to discuss the Superintendent's evaluation and personnel matters specific to the Superintendent. |
