Executive Session Meeting with the District’s attorney pertaining to pending litigation in which the District is a participant, as permitted under Sections 10-15-1(H)(4) and (7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, specifically a special education due process complaint styled Student v. Española Public Schools, DPH 2324-21, including possible settlement.
