EXECUTIVE SESSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Española Public Schools will meet in Executive Session for the following purpose:

To discuss limited personnel matters as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act; specifically:
|
|
For the Board to receive and discuss, and for legal counsel to advise, regarding the results of an outside investigation of reported concerns regarding Superintendent’s time records and travel
|
|
For the Board to discuss and prepare the Superintendent’s End-of-Year Evaluation
|
|
For the Board to discuss changes, if any, in the compensation and benefits or contract term of the Superintendent including extension of Superintendent’s contract
|
|
ACTION ITEMS
|
|
Approval or Disapproval of the end-of-year evaluation of the Superintendent completed in Executive Session
|
|
Discussion and Approval or Disapproval of Suspension of Board Policy CBB under the authority of Policy BGF

If Policy CBB is suspended, Discussion and Approval or Disapproval of changes, if any, in the compensation and benefits or contract term of the Superintendent including extension of Superintendent’s contract as permitted under Board Policy CBI
