EXECUTIVE SESSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Española Public Schools will meet in Executive Session Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H)(2), specifically, so that the Interim Superintendent and Board can discuss performance expectations and provide early informal feedback around the indicators in the Superintendent’s evaluation instrument; the Superintendent can update the Board and legal counsel can advise regarding the investigation of an employee by the Superintendent; and legal counsel can advise regarding an employee complaint.
