EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Sec. 10-15-1 (H) (2), (H) (2), (H) (5), (H) (7), and (H) (8):

Subsection 10-15-1 (H) (2) - for the purpose of discussing a Limited Personnel Matter, specifically, the salary of the Interim Superintendent. Action, if any, will be taken when the Board adjourns from Executive Session and reconvenes in Open Session.

Subsection (H) (2) - To discuss the applicant's qualifications for the position of Superintendent. Action, if any, will be taken when the Board adjourns from Executive Session and reconvenes in Open Session.

Subsection (H) (5) For the purpose of discussion of Bargaining Strategy Preliminary to Collective Bargaining.
