16. In accordance with A.R.S 38-431.03 (A)(3), an Executive Session may be called for discussion of consultation for legal advice with the District's attorneys regarding the dismissal and non-renewal of certificated employee.

17. Discussion/Action to approve Statement of Charges for termination of a certificated employee.
a.  The District Administration will present a Statement of Charges specific to the employee.  The Statement of Charges is attached for review.
 

18. Discussion/Action to direct the Superintendent to issue  notice of intent to dismiss a certificated employee and the expiration of ten days from the date of service of the notice.

19. Discussion/Action to non-renew the contract of a certificated employee.

20. Discussion/Action to place a certificated employee on assignment to home.

21. Discussion/Action to approve the use of a hearing officer for the dismissal of a certificated employee and approve the scope of the hearing officer's duties.
