Jason Hudson called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

David Tremor led the invocation.

Discussion:
Shelly Slaughter led the board in the Pledges of Allegiance.

4) Awards and recognitions.
Discussion:
The board recognized Cumby Collegiate Middle School's "Staff of the Month", Kandice Brannon and Courtney Pitts. The board also recognized David Tremor for his 18 years of service to the school board with a plaque.

Discussion:
