III.A. The Board of Education will vote to convene in closed session by a roll call vote for the purpose of considering the following matter:

III.A.1. Conducting a hearing on the recommendation of School Administration that a student be expelled from the schools of the Manitowoc Public School District. This meeting is authorized pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, Sections 118.125(1)(c), 119.85 and 120.13, and Manitowoc Public School District Board Policy 5530.

III.B. The Board of Education will vote to adjourn from closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to take action on the issue discussed.
