III.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session for the Purpose of Considering the Following Matter:

III.A.1. Conducting a hearing on the recommendation of School Administration that a student be expelled from the schools of the school district. This meeting is authorized pursuant to Section 120.13(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes and MPSD Policy 5520-Disorderly Conduct.

|
III.B. The Board of Education will vote to adjourn from closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to take action on the issue discussed.
