III.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in closed Session for the Purpose of Considering the Following Matter:

III.A.1. Conducting a hearing on a recommendation of School Adinistration that a student be expelled from the schools of the school district. This meeting is authorized pursuant to Sections 120.13 of Wisconsin Statutes, and in adherence with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), PL 101-476.

III.B. The Board of Education will Vote to Adjourn from closed Session and May or May not Reconvene in Open Session to Take Action on the Issue Discussed.
