III.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session for the Purpose of the Following Matter:
|

III.A.1. The Board will meet in Closed Session under Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) and (g) for the purpose of reviewing personnel matters with legal counsel including review of a pending internal complaint matter and contract assignment matters.
|
|
III.A.2. The Board will meet in Closed Session under Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) and (e) to interview candidates for the Interim Superintendent of the Manitowoc Public School District.
|
|
III.B. The Board of Education will Vote to Adjourn from Closed Session and May or May Not Reconvene to Open Session to Take Action on the Matters Discussed.
