II.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session for the Purpose of Considering the Following Matter:

II.A.1. The Possible Sale of Property Located at 1010 Huron Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220. This Meeting is Authorized Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

II.B. The Board of Education will Vote to Adjourn from Closed Session and May or May Not Reconvene in Open Session to Take Action on any of the Issues Discussed.
