A.  Approve minutes from the Regular and Special meeting/s and workshop/s.

B.  Approve Workers' Compensation Insurance for 2026-2027 school year through TASB Risk Management for $22, 995. 

C.  Approve 2026-2027 student meal prices.

D.  Approve Region III Education Service Center Regional Purchasing Cooperative Food Service Bids for 2026-2027 school year.

E.  Approve resolution to use Region 20 Purchasing Cooperative for the 2026-2027 school year.

F.  Approve 2026-2029 Safety and Security Audit. 

Action Items

A.  Consider and possible action regarding the appointment of a School Board member to position 3 following the resignation of Blake Roehl.

B.  Administer Oath of Office to new School Board member.

C.  Consider and possible action regarding a contract with School Data Squad for PEIMS services for $18,475 for the 2026-2027 school year. 

D.  Consider and possible action regarding a renewal contract for Property and Casualty Insurance with Insurica for the 2026-2027 school year.

E.  Consider and possible action regarding the School District contribution for employee health insurance.  

F.  Consider and possible action regarding the adoption of revised EIC (Local) policy pertaining to Dual Credit classes. 

Closed Meeting

The governmental body may go into closed meeting as authorized by V.T.C.A. Government Code Chapter 551 Subchapter D as provided in the Notice of this meeting. The following items may be discussed in Closed Meeting

The Board may seek the advice for the governmental body on other matters that are protected by the attorney/client privilege (TGC 551.071);

The Board may discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public employee. (TGC 551.074)

The Board will reconvene to consider and possibly vote on items discussed in closed session
