Consent Agenda

A. Approve minutes from the Regular and Special meeting/s and workshop/s.

B. Approve District Improvement Plan

C. Approve Elementary Campus Improvement Plan

D. Approve Junior High Campus Improvement Plan

E. Approve High School Campus Improvement Plan

F. Approve the resolution for Senate Bill 12 and parental rights while awaiting the proper board policies to be drafted by TASB
 

Action Items

A. Consider and Possible Action regarding mid-year retention stipend for all employees

B. Consider and Possible Action regarding the purchase of 2 buses from Longhorn Bus Sales

C. Consider and Possible Action regarding the purchase of a handicap accessible bus from Interstate Bus Sales

D. Consider and Possible Action regarding the purchase of furniture for the High School

E. Consider and Possible Action regarding an agreement with Johnnie R. Gresham Operating, INC. to provide aggregate material, machinery and spreading services to establish the grade and build a road for the bus barn for $99,000  

Closed Meeting

The Board may seek the advice for the governmental body on other matters that are protected by the attorney/client privilege (TGC 551.071);

The Board will reconvene to consider and possibly vote on items discussed in closed session
