Action Items

For the 2018-19 school, consider and possible action to delegate contractual authority to obligate the school district under Texas Education Code (TEC) 11.1511 (c) (4) to the superintendent solely for the purpose of obligating the district under TEC, Chapter 41, Subchapters A and D, and the rules adopted by the commissioner of education as authorized under TEC, 41.006. This includes approval of the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credits. 

Discuss budget for the 2018-19 school year

Discuss salaries for the 2018-19 school year

Consent Agenda

Approve budget amendment

Consider and Possible Action to accept the agreement for the use of a new Hornet from El Campo Cycle Center valued at $13,000. 

Closed Meeting

The governmental body may go into closed meeting as authorized by V.T.C.A. Government Code Chapter 551 Subchapter D as provided in the Notice of this meeting. The following items may be discussed in Closed Meeting

The Board may seek the advice for the governmental body on other matters that are protected by the attorney/client privilege (TGC 551.071);

The Board may discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public employee. (TGC 551.074)
