Superintendent's Report

We are publishing and posting RFPs for utility savings proposals. Currently, we have been approached by two companies regarding potential energy savings. One company has not remained in contact and another company has come out to do an energy audit. We would like to compare the proposals and request other company's direction in energy savings for the district. We will review the RFPs submitted on the April 8, 2016 deadline and determine how to proceed during the Regular meeting on April 18, 2016. 

Determine who is going to the May 18th Board conference at Region 3. 

Determine who is going to the TASB Summer Leadership Institute June 16-18 in San Antonio. Hotel registration opens April 4, 2016.
