Description:
Board of Trustees must annually include a discussion of the performance of students receiving special education services (effective 2025-2026 school year). How would you like to fulfill this requirement? I could present the RDA data if you'd like.

4.B. VI Registration
Description:
Paula Reed is working with your 504 Contacts to complete the VI Registration. Superintendents will need to certify in February. If you have any questions when you get the email, let Paula or me know. You may get numerous emails about this—but Paula has it covered. If you have any questions when you get the email, let Paula or me know.

4.C. SHARS Cost Report Training FY 2025
Description:
Two staff members from each district MUST participate in the SHARS Cost Report Training. Attached is the training schedule. Be sure 2 district employees register and watch this webinar, if your district is participating in SHARS. Trainings are usually from January to March. The schedule is not out yet. I will send it once it is posted.

4.D. RMTS Training FY 2027
Description:
Two Staff members from each district MUST participate in the RMTS webinar training to be eligible for SHARS reimbursement. All districts participating in SHARS have met this requirement. All districts participating in SHARS have met this requirement for FY 2026. Training usually begins in May. I will send the schedule once it is out for FY 2027.
