1. Dr. Holen and I sat down and reviewed the expenditures. I created several manual journal entries in order to align expenditures more appropriately to their budgeted intent.

  1. CoD 9545 $500,000 = $1750.00 in interest from FIBT. DWCU won @ 0.40%. CoD 9545 was comprised equally of funds from 01 & 03. I split the CoD into two $250,000.00. One for each fund
  2. COD 803913 $500,000.00 = $1750 in interest from BNC. FIBT won @ 0.29%.

V.6. Fund 05 - Hot Lunch

Description:

Food Service
1. Current staff negative balances = $36.50. Emails sent to two staff members with negative balances.
2. Student negative balances = 53 @ $1209.39. Down from 63 @ $1703.69 last month. Two accounts remain over $50 totaling $104.80. Emailed guardian or letters sent home with students.
3. School Food Service Innovation Grant is ESSER II Funds and needs to be tracked separately the $35,959.00 will be budgeted under 05 109 4550 and 05 109 300 298 1000 731 2021.

V.8. Rocky Mountain Evaluations

Description: Received a phone call from Alexis Baxely, NDSBA. WE discussed RME

Comments: Spoke with Dan Martin regarding discrepancies. He told me he remembered speaking to one of our board members. He repeatedly told me, Seems to him one of our board members requested the changes.

Rationale: Terry Bybee of RME claimed they failed to move several question while the reworked the question sets.
