Description:
If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting for purposes permitted by Texas Government Code §551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. No voting will take place in the closed meeting.

Deliberate commercial or financial information received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations pursuant to Tex.
