Description:
Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E. If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for discussion of any item on the agenda.
Texas Government Code §551.071 and §551.129 Trustees may convene in closed session to receive legal advice from its attorney with regard to the proposed issuance, sale, and delivery of Orangefield Independent School District unlimited tax school building bonds, Series 2026; and containing other matters related thereto. Texas Government Code §551.071, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
