Description: If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting for purposes permitted by the following Texas Government Code(s):

Texas Government Code §551.071, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to grievance handling.
Texas Government Code §551.074, Level 3 parent grievance and deliberation

Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion during closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
