III. The Board will adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 118.22(3) to conduct a private conference regarding the Administration's recommendation to not renew the employment contract of a teacher.

IV. Following the private conference, the Board will adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate regarding the proposed nonrenewal.

V. Return to open session to announce or take action following the closed session, if any and if appropriate.
