2.A.1. Close Public Hearing.

2.B. Consider a request for a variance of the front yard setback requirements in an Industrial Heavy District, from 25' to 15', property located at 109 South Street; and that the applicant has satisfactorily demonstrated that the variance criteria have been met.

2.C. Public Hearing - request for a variance of the front yard setback requirements in the Residential Medium Density District (RM), from 20' to 0' and side yard setback requirements, from 6' to 3' on property located at 305 East K Street, applicant:  Elza and Lea Ann Doak.

2.C.1. Close Public Hearing.

2.D. Consider a request for a variance of the front yard setback requirements in the Residential Medium Density District (RM), from 20' to 0' and side yard setback requirements, from 6' to 3' on property located at 305 East K Street, applicant:  Elza and Lea Ann Doak, and that the applicant has satisfactorily demonstrated that the variance criteria have been met.
