2.A. Accept a presentation from the McCook Masonic Templecraft and approve a conditional gift in the amount of $250,000 for the new City of McCook swimming pool project, said gift subject to conditions.

4.A. Approve the minutes of the August 15, 2022 regular City Council meeting and the August 24, 2022 special City Council meeting.

4.B. Set a meeting date for the Selection Board for Enineering Services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements on September 7, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.

4.C. Approve Resolution No. 2022-09 authorizing the Mayor to sign the 2022 Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance to the Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards.

4.D. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Engineering Agreement with Miller & Associates, Consulting Engineers, P.C., for rotary fan press equipment procurement for the Wastewater Treatment Facility.

4.E. Adopt Resolution No. 2022-10 approving a Sexual Abuse and Molestation Prevention Policy for the City of McCook's employees, volunteers, independent contractors, board and committee members, and other associated individuals.

4.F. Approve an application from Great Plains Communications to occupy city right-of-way for the purpose of replacing a fiber optic vault and installing new fiber cabinet at the northeast corner of the intersection of S. Highway 83 and South Street and authorize the Mayor to sign.

4.G. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by the McCook Chamber of Commerce for Wagner’s After Hours Mixer to be held at Wagner Chevrolet & Buick, 201 East "B" Street, on November 2, 2022, from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M., with an alternate date of November 9, 2022, from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.

4.H. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Loop Brewing Company LLC, Liquor License #LK-093351, for a wedding reception to be held at the McCook Municipal Auditorium, 302 West 5th Street, on October 22, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.

4.I. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Loop Brewing Company LLC, Liquor License #LK-093351, for a wedding reception to be held at the McCook Municipal Auditorium, 302 West 5th Street, on November 5, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.

4.J. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Ambriz Ventures, LLC, Liquor License #CK-124450, for a Benefit Concert to be held at the Red Willow County Fairgrounds Kiplinger Arena, 1412 West 5th Street, on October 8, 2022 from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.

4.L. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Citta’ Deli, Liquor License #C-121305, for Farrell’s Sip ‘n Shop event to be held at Farrell’s Hallmark Shop, 116 West “B” Street, on October 21, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

4.N. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the McCook Area Chamber of Commerce whereby ACE funds will be appropriated for promotional activities that benefit the City of McCook.

5.A. Ordinance No. 2022-3045 providing for the adoption of the budget for FY 2022/2022.

5.E.2. Consider statutory rule requiring reading on three separate occasions be suspended. Motion to suspend the rule must be adopted by three-fourths of the Council.
