2.A. Approve the minutes of the November 1, 2021 regular City Council meeting.

2.B. Receive and file the Financial Report for the period ending September 30, 2021.

2.C. Approve Bid Specifications for two (2) new current model year All-Wheel Drive or 4-Wheel Drive Police Interceptor/Pursuit Utility Vehicles for use by the Police Department and set the date to receive bids as December 8, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

2.D. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Ambriz Ventures, LLC, Liquor License #CK-124450, for a Corporate Holiday party to be held at the McCook Municipal Auditorium, 302 West 5th Street, on December 3, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. to 12:30 A.M.

2.E. Receive and file the claims for the month of October 2021, published November 4, 2021.

2.F. Receive and file the Property Damage Incident Form from Scott Moyer and instruct that it be submitted to the City’s insurance carrier for review and appropriate action.

2.G. Approve an easement agreement with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation authorizing Northrop Grumman access to the City of McCook's airport property for the purpose of operating, monitoring, and maintaining the existing groundwater monitoring well No. OW-30.

2.H. Approve an agreement in the amount of $91,000 between the City of McCook Water Department and ESC Engineering of Fort Collins, Colorado to update SCADA equipment that controls the drinking water wells.

3.A. Issue an order directing the Building Inspector to remedy the unsafe condition and/or demolish the unsafe building located at 1507 East "C" Street.

3.D. Discussion regarding the possibility of leasing the City of McCook's "Old Landfill" property located south of the intersection of North Highway 83 and Highways 6 & 34.
