2.A. Conduct a public hearing on the application of Ambriz Ventures, LLC; dba “Sehnert’s Bakery & Bieroc Café", for Class "CK" License #124450 - (Beer, Wine Distilled Spirits, On and Off Sale & Catering) License under the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission, to be located at 312 Norris Avenue, McCook, Nebraska.

Approve the special exception request from Anita Bartels to allow a Vacation Rental in a Residential High Density (RH) at property legally described as Lot Three (3), Block Ten (10), Original Town to the City of McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska (a/k/a 408 East 1st Street); said special exception based upon special exception requirements A - I.

2.E. Public Hearing - Consider Replat of Original Clary Subdivision Replat and Replat No. 1, part of Block 2 and Block 3, said replat to be known as Replat No. 6.

2.F. Adopt Resolution No. 2021-12 providing for approval of Replat of Original Clary Subdivision and Replat No. 1, Part of Block 2 and Block 3, said replat to be known as Replat No. 6.

3.A. Approve the minutes of the August 2, 2021 regular City Council meeting, the August 9, 2021 special City Council meeting, and the August 11, 2021 Community meeting.

3.B. Adopt Resolution No. 2020-13 amending the rates for the ambulance service operated by the City of McCook, Nebraska.

3.C. Approve the application for a Special Designated Liquor License submitted by Loop Brewing Company, Liquor License #LK-093351, for a Celebration of Life to be held in the Keystone Outdoor Space, 406 Norris Avenue, on September 25, 2021 from 3:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M., with an alternate location of the Keystone Business Center, 402 Norris Avenue.

3.D. Receive and file the claims for the months of July 2021, published August 6, 2021.

3.E. Approve the Land Lease between the City of McCook, Red Willow County, and the Red Willow County Fair Board for a portion of the County Fairgrounds, also known as the Jaycees Ball Complex, and authorize the Mayor to sign.

Approve Supplemental Agreement 001 between the State of Nebraska, Department of Transportation (Department), and the City of McCook (Contractor) to increase federal funds to $227,743 and reduce state funds to $17,457 funding for the contract year between July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2021 and authorize the Mayor to sign said agreement.

3.G. Approve a request from McCook Community Hospital to close Industrial Park Drive from 5:15 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on September 15, 2021, to conduct a community-wide full scale exercise.

3.H. Receive and file Topic for consideration for City Council Agenda received on August 3, 2021.

3.I. Receive and file the minutes of the August 9, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.

3.J. Recommend approval to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission the Application for Manager submitted by McCook Lodging LLC, dba "Holiday Inn Express McCook, 711 N Highway 83, which holds License #C-122854, the applicant being Kirti K. Trivedi.

4.A. Consider on its second reading, Ordinance No. 2021-3018, updating McCook's Code of Ordinances to include a new section to Chapter 71, said Chapter and Section to be known as Chapter 71:  Traffic Rules; Section 71/30:  Engine Braking.
