4.B. Approve Resolution No. 2021-01, providing for a "No Parking Zone" designation for the north side of West "H" Street, from the North Highway 83 and West "H" intersection and extending east 400 feet to the existing alleyway.

4.C. Approve an agreement with the McCook Humane Society that updates the Land Lease Agreement.
