3.A. Proclaim the week of April 8 - 14, 2018 as "National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week" and authorize the Mayor to sign the proclamation.

3.B. Approve the proclamation designating the month of April 2018 as "Sexual Assault Awareness Month" and authorize the Mayor to sign.

4. Consent Agenda.

4.A. Approve the minutes of the March 19, 2018 regular City Council meeting.

4.B. Receive and file claim for damages from Allan Powell and instruct that it be submitted to the City's insurance carrier for review and appropriate action.

4.C. Approve specifications for procurement of Replacement UV Equipment and set date to receive bids for April 17, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.

4.D. Award the bid in the amount of $32,727.00 to BSB Construction of Curtis, Nebraska, as the lowest responsible bidder for Sanitary Sewer District No. 77 and authorize the Mayor to execute the necessary paperwork to award the contract.

4.E. Award the bid for the 2018 Armor Coating Project to B & H of Scott City, Kansas in the amount of $3.55 per gallon, that being the lowest best bid.

4.F. Adopt Resolution No. 2018-04 approving the execution of an Agency Agreement with the Department of Transportation-Division of Aeronautics of the State of Nebraska for Project No. R02 to be submitted by the Division to the Federal Aviation Administration to obtain Federal assistance for the development of the McCook Ben Nelson Regional Airport.

4.G. Receive and file the claims for the month of February 2018 as published March 22, 2018.

4.H. Adopt Resolution No. 2018-05 providing for free public admission to the McCook Municipal Swimming Pool on June 4, 2018 in coordination with the Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska (BRAN).

5. Regular Agenda.

5.A. Ordinance No. 2018-2962 creating Chapter 119 of the City of McCook, Nebraska Code of Ordinances and establishing the method for calculating the Occupation Tax for companies who operate a hotel, and creating an enforcement and reporting system for Hotel Company Taxes and Rates.

5.A.1. Chairperson asks City Clerk to read Ordinance 2018-2962 by title.

5.A.2. Approve Ordinance No. 2018-2962 upon its third and final reading.

5.A.3. Chairperson announcement after vote and passage.

5.A.3.1. Ordinance No. 2018-2962 is declared lawfully passed and adopted upon publication as required by law.
