III. Recognition of Accomplishment
Description:
Board members may recognize students, staff or community members for outstanding contributions to the district or educational community.

IV. Consent Agenda - Ms. Brooks
Description:
Consent agenda items are routine items that the Board approves without discussion. Board members may remove items from the consent agenda for further discussion, or to vote differently on that particular item.

IV.A. Agenda
Description:
The Board will approve or revise the agenda for the meeting.
|

IV.B. Bills for Payment
Description:
Bills for payment include all invoices that are currently due by the district.
|
|
IV.C. Minutes
Description:
The Board will be asked to approve the minutes as listed. Minutes are typically posted on the website once a month.
|

IV.D. Staffing - New Hires, Resignations, Retirements, Revised FTE
Description:
Board members routinely approve various staffing items on the consent agenda. Staffing decisions that have a large scale impact and need more discussion are listed on a different part of the agenda, as appropriate.

IV.E. Donation - Municipal Band
Description:
The municipal band is donating the amount of its existing bank account to be managed through the district as it is a recreation department program.

IV.F. Out of State Trip - High School Dance Team March 2023
Description:
The Board will be asked to approve an out of state, overnight, trip for the dance team in March 2023, for a competition.

IV.G. 66.03 Agreements
Description:
The district works with other school districts in various areas. The 66.03 agreements outline how the partnerships work. The Board will be asked to approve these agreements.

Description:
The overall goals of the District will be shared with the Board for discussion.

VI. Superintendent’s Report
Description:
Dr. Weiss will provide the Board with informational items related to recent or upcoming topics or events.

VII. President’s Report
Description:
Ms. Williams will provide the Board with informational items related to recent or upcoming topics or events.

VIII. Announcements
Description:
Board members may make announcements related to recent or upcoming topics or events.
|
|
IX. Closed Session - The Board will move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to discuss the superintendent evaluation.

X. Professional Development
Description:
The Board may continue with its professional learning, depending on the time of the evening. This portion of the meeting will not be livestreamed.
