Description:
The School Board will swear in the new school board member Sarah Brooks. Her term will continue through the spring election.

IV. Recognition of Accomplishment
Description:
Board members may recognize students, staff or community members for outstanding contributions to the district or educational community.

V. Resident Participation
Description:
Resident participation is for those who wish to speak to the Board. Please review the Resident Participation guideline document at the meeting for more information. Those who wish to receive follow up after the meeting should sign in at the table near the door.

VI. Consent Agenda Approvals - Ms. Williams
Description:
Consent agenda items are routine items that the Board approves without discussion. Board members may remove items from the consent agenda for further discussion, or to vote differently on that particular item.

Description:
Bills for payment include all invoices that are currently due by the district.

VI.C. Minutes for October 22 and 23, 2019
Description:
The Board will be asked to approve the minutes as listed. Minutes are typically posted on the website once a month.

VI.D. Staffing - Retirements, Resignations, New Hires, Revised FTE
Description:
Board members routinely approve various staffing items on the consent agenda. Staffing decisions that have a large scale impact and need more discussion are listed on a different part of the agenda, as appropropiate.

VI.E. Donations $760 Chamber of Commerce for plays, $1,000 Eaton for Robotics
Description:
The School Board approves donations of over $500 at School Board meetings. The Board is appreciative of the generousity of our community.

VII.A. Curriculum Expectations - Mr. Perry

VII.A.1. District Goals Review
Description:
The Board will review the planned district goals for the school year related to Equity, Culture and Data Literacy.

Description:
The Board will receive information from the district math coaches related to our preK-12 math instruction.

VII.C.1. WASB Convention Attendance and Delegate Assignment
Description:
School Board members will be asked who will attend the January Wisconsin Association of School Boards Association convention in Milwaukee in January 2020. Additionally, an individual needs to be assigned as the WASB delegate for the delegate assembly.

VII.C.2. Wisconsin Public Education Network Membership Dicussion/Possible Approval
Description:
The Board will discuss the possibility of joining the membership of the Wisconsin Public Education Network (WPEN), an advocacy group for public education.

VII.D. Capital Effectiveness - Mr. Haslam

VII.D.1. Student Information System Approval
Description:
The Board will be asked to approve a new Student Information System effective next school year. The district is recommending a move to a new company.

Description:
Dr. Weiss will provide the Board with informational items related to recent or upcoming topics or events.

IX. President’s Report
Description:
Mr. Maass will provide the Board will informational items related to recent or upcoming topics or events.

X. Announcements
Description:
Board members may make announcements related to recent or upcoming topics or events.

XI. Closed Session - The Board will move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session to discuss teacher, secretary and paraprofessional aide negotiations and pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to discuss specific employee circumstances.
