2.1. Recommended that the Governing Board Approve the Call for Executive Session Pursuant A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(1). The Governing Board may meet in Executive Session to interview candidates for the position of District Superintendent and have discussions regarding the qualifications of the candidates interviewed. - Dr. Clement

2.2. The Governing Board will discuss and may consider the selection of finalists for the position of District Superintendent who will be invited to interview with the Board on March 26, 2025. - Dr. Clement
