1.A. Consideration and possible action on approval of granting the Superintendent authority to make purchases under Texas Govt Code Section 44.031(2) to procure, negotiate, and execute contracts for goods and services that are necessary to protect the health and safety of Prosper Independent School District students, staff, and community, given delays posed by competitive procurement of contracts necessary will prevent substantially impair the conduct of classes or other essential school activities.
