Description:
The SBDM met to review survey data and developed a consensus to recommend the hybrid 4-day calendar with Friday's off.
The SBDM also reviewed a 5-day calendar as requested by the Board. The SBDM's consensus was a 4-day hybrid calendar with Friday's off. The start and end times for the school day are noted on the proposed calendars submitted to the Board. |

Executive/Closed Session: Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, private consultation with and consideration of Attorney's advice regarding partial settlement offer for pending litigation regarding construction defects to the Vega ISD High School, regarding authorization of Superintendent Adams, as an authorized representative of Vega ISD, to execute any and all subsequent release and settlement documents, as may be appropriate and necessary to finalize partial settlement, and regarding authorization of Pearson Legal, P.C., as litigation counsel of record for Vega ISD, to execute and file all motions and orders to dismiss or nonsuit pleadings, as may be appropriate and necessary to remove the settled component from the pending litigation matter.
