On behalf of fellow Board members, I would like to invite any member of the audience with comments about items of interest or concern that do or do not appear on the agenda this evening to speak. III. ACTION ITEMS

III.1. Approval of Preliminary Budget

Approving the preliminary budget allows the district to make purchases over the summer in preparation for the 21-22 school year.

III.2. Approval of Short-Term Borrowing

The District received and evaluated proposals from Farmers Savings Bank and Mound City Bank for a 1-year period for a $1,500,000 Line of Credit. 

III.3. Approval of Purchases in Excess of $5,000

III.4. Approval of Elementary PE Intern for Fall 2021 semester and Spring 2022 semester.
