II.1. FEH Proposal to Assist Facilities Planning
Presenter:
Kevin Eipperle, FEH Design
Description:
Kevin Eipperle will be on site to share a proposal to address the procurement of an RFP to address a secure entrance at the elementary school, act as a qualified provider to utilize Act 32 to exceed the operating budget for the dust collector system, and inspect the roof and assist with determining steps for correction.

II.2. Budget Development
Description:
Given recent action by the Joint Finance Committee an updated budget report will be provided to share the most current snap shop based on the draft state budget.

II.3. Decision to Fill Vacancy - Elementary Clerical Position
Description:
The District Administrator analyzed options for filling the elementary clerical position and presented the Board with the recommendation to fill the vacancy with a new hire. Board members have the opportunity to discuss the recommendation.

III. ITEMS FOR ACTION

III.1. Approval of Bridget Tippett to a 1.0 Educational Assistant Position. Bridget's salary is based on Step 9 of the Instructional Assistant Salary Schedule.

IV. CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
Description:
Convene to Closed Session Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 to discuss evaluation and performance of the middle/high school counselor.
