Bart Reneau moved agenda item number six to the fourth agenda item. Bart Reneau vacated the position as board president and vice-president Matt Barrett took over the meeting. Matt Barrett opened the floor for nominations for board president. Bart Reneau nominated Matt Barrett for board president. Dusty McFadden nominated Heidi Lawrence for board president. After much discussion, Bart Reneau withdrew his nomination for Matt Barrett as board president.
