Purpose of Meeting - Discussion of potential capital/equipment projects supported by boosters.

• Joint planning between school board/boosters
• Components of a plan: Project description, responsibilities, maintenance requirements, budget/costs, timeline. Other?
• Prioritizing school district needs (Planning for district will continue at forthcoming school board meetings, beginning on February 17th)

• Baseball field (tarp/field reconstruction)
• Hornet's Nest Bleachers
• Branding Materials/Quote (submitted January 27, 2025)
