Variance Request - Parking
Description:
Consideration of a request submitted by John Lonard on behalf of Showcase Auto Sales for property located at 5010 W. Vienna Rd, which is zoned C-2, Commercial General. The applicant is requesting a variance to permit eight (8) existing parking spaces to remain within the required front yard setback. The site previously received conditional site plan approval from the Vienna Township Planning Commission, with one of the conditions being that the applicant obtain approval of this variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
