5010 W Vienna Rd (18-17-400-035 & 18-17-400-038) Rezone Request and Site Plan Review
Description:
John Leonard, property owner of 5010 W Vienna Rd, parcels 18-17-400-035 & 18-17-400-038, is requesting a rezone from C-1 (Commercial Neighborhood) to C-2 (Commercial General) for the purpose of opening an auto sales facility with a parking lot addition for auto sales.
It should be known that the parcels 18-17-400-035 & 18-17-400-038 have been approved for combination effective starting with the 2026 tax year. Mr. Leonard is also requesting a site plan review for the proposed parking lot addition. Included is their site plan, application and review from ROWE.
