VII. Parcel 18-32-300-032
Variance to allow construction on a previous lot deemed unbuildable until a private road is built.
Description:
Owners Rita Anderson and Winifred Bishop would like consideration of a request for a variance to permit construction of a home on a parcel that was identified as unbuildable 25 years ago. The minimum frontage wasn't met, and the lot was allowed by the Zoning Board of Appeals with a stipulation that this lot, 18-32-300-032, could not be built on until a private road is put in.
This parcel is in our Agricultural & One-Family Residential district, which would require a minimum width of 165' and it only has a 66' wide lot after the split.
